What hours are CPS open?
Our office opening hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm – Monday to Friday.
Our Bournemouth office is open to the public for trade counter sales, online order collections and hire collections from Monday to Friday between 9.30am – 5.30pm. Should you need to arrange collections or returns outside of these times you will need to contact a member of our Sales or Hire team to make an appointment.
I would like to set up a credit account with CPS?
If you do not have a credit account with us but would like to set one up please call us on 01202 572000 and ask for a credit account application form to be sent. Alternatively, please email email@example.com along with your contact details and one of our office staff will respond as soon as possible. CPS cannot guarantee that all credit accounts will be granted and credit checks will be run on all applicants.
I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password please enter you username on the My Account page and click on the red ‘Forgotten Password’ link.
If I order goods online can I return them and get a refund?
You still have the right to return goods ordered online. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
I am a new customer wishing to hire equipment from CPS, what details will I need to supply to CPS before I can hire equipment?
As a new customer wishing to hire from CPS we will require the following documentation before any items can be hired.
- Photo ID – Passport or Driving Licence.
- Proof of Address – Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Council Tax Bill – This must match the address on any Photo ID supplied and be dated within the last 3 months from the date of hire.
- Deposit payment – Payable by either Debit / Credit Card pre-authorisation payment or by Cash. Deposit amount varies depending on goods being hired – Average deposit payment £200.
In the hire shop why are some prices in day and some in week?
The purpose of the hire section is to provide customers with an example of our prices. Where appropriate we have displayed day prices and weekly prices where possible.
