Website Branded to your event* and a custom event URL*
CPS can create a bespoke branded website to suit your company or event theme and even allocate a custom website address for your event, for example www.cpslivestream.live
Password Protection & Peace of Mind*
All of our online live streaming packages include the option of password protection as default. This can be issued along with the event invitation or removed if not required.
We understand that from time to time your guests may require some support, that’s why we include a technical support messaging service directly on your event site so one of our team is there to help.
Guest Interaction – Q&A and Polling*
We believe that guest interaction is a vital component to making your online event a success which is why we’ve ensured that this is front and centre of our online streaming service.
We can open up the Q&A at your desired moment, questions left by attendees can be upvoted by other guests and we can display these live on the stream if your presenter chooses to answer them in real time.
Why not get your guests involved with some polling, whether it’s an ice breaker “what did you have for breakfast this morning?” Or a corporate survey, we can push this out to your attendees and get them participating in your event.
After all this is what differentiates online events from just another video call.

Bronze Package
– Basic Package suitable for online audiences up to 75 people
– Includes a STATIC live camera and a single laptop for basic PowerPoint playback
– Includes 1 lapel and a handheld microphone plus audio input from the one laptop
– Single stream sent EITHER to a landing page with optional login credentials, or a Youtube channel either as a public or private link
Please note the Bronze Package does not include Data Technician to manage clients media content, perform PowerPoint edits etc
Silver Package
Offers all of the features of the BRONZE package plus :
– Package suitable for online audiences up to 200 people (expansion available please ask for details)
– Includes a STATIC live camera and a single laptop for PowerPoint playback, PLUS a second camera and cameraman for close-ups of the presenters and live camerawork of moving presenters, panel sessions etc.
– Includes a Backup Laptop for live presentations including PowerPoint and video content.
– Includes up to 4 wireless microphones to cater for multiple presenters or live audience etc.
– Includes a data operator to look after all media content in addition to the streaming technician, audio engineer and cameraman
– Facility for Captions / Titles overlaid on live stream ( for example presenter’s name, event name, watermark)
– Single Stream to a Customised Landing page including optional login credentials and clients branding on the viewing screen, plus the option to stream Live to Youtube and other social media channels. (Contact us for pricing)

Gold Package
Includes All the benefits of the Bronze & Silver Packages PLUS :
– Package suitable for online audiences with an unlimited number of viewers
– Facility for some presenters to present live from a different location ( i.e. not on-site at the event)
– Facility for Polling during the live event
– Facility for typed Q&A during the live event
– Viewing figures available post-event
Live Streaming Bolt-Ons (POA)

T&C
– All packages require the client to provide an internet connection of Minimum 10MB upstream 30 MB downstream – CPS can quote to carry out a site visit to test the internet connection at a fixed cost (plus travel), please contact us for pricing.
– All packages are based on 1 DAY service. The one day includes travel and set up, however, additional travel charges may apply depending on location. Events that require longer periods will attract additional costs including staffing, travel and accommodation. For events requiring more than one-day staffing please contact your account manager at CPS for special pricing.
– Please Note – All Live streaming is subject to a short delay due to the nature of the streaming services. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
– CPS cannot be held responsible for the failure or intermittent/poor performance of internet services either at the event location or end-users locations or services.
